GILNEX DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

GILNEX respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.
1. Filing a Takedown Notice
Send a written notice to our DMCA contact (below) including all six statutory elements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location (URL);
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the elements required by §512(g), including your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
3. Repeat Infringers
GILNEX will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
